Crushifying Huge Pirarara, Jau, Waterfall, Lunch & Home JURUENA RIVER 2025 3rd Full Day

Today Tommy and I travel a lot further down the Juruena River from the incredibly strong and joyous Salto Agusto waterfall system where the river splits in two and cascades down a series of steps. We set up on an calm open deep basin and proceed to bring in a beautiful Redtail catfish, then off to a more powerful river hole where I lost a monster that cut me off on some rocks. Back up the river we run into Robert and Eric to hear about the nice Jau that Eric brought in, and then we all travel back up to the waterfall for a little hike to stand by and witness the sheer power of half of the moving water in that area. Mother nature pushes us on to lunch and we journey home to the Salto Agusto Pousada Flotuante.
