Rosario, Argentina is a city with a bad reputation, but it is undeserved. Similarly to the city of Chicago in the United States, it's portrayal in news media as a dangerous and crime ridden city is greatly exaggerated. So I wanted to go there and see for myself. Along the way, I found even more similarities between Rosario and Chicago. You could say that Rosario is the Chicago of Argentina, or that Chicago is the Rosario of the USA.
