Soul Surrender | 1 Hour Meditation Handpan Music | Yatao F# Low Pygmy 21

When your heart is restless and emotions overwhelm you peace can be found by surrendering to your soul. This year has been a whirlwind of unlocking, healing, confronting things about myself and embracing some amazing opportunities and adventures. After I finally slowed down as I returned home towards winter I felt restless, ungrounded and unsure. I haven't been this vulnerable in a very long time and I think it is a process of a full circle healing where my journey is taking me back to things I must face within my heart. 🛸 Handpan in the video: Yatao F# Low Pygmy 21 #steeldrum #handpan #handdrum #handpanmusic #handpanman #healingmusic #meditationmusic #wellbeing #soundhealing #Fpygmy #Fpygmy21 #yatao #yataohandpan #improvisation #flowstate
