City Council meets to ratify Standing Committee work from the past two weeks. Among the items of note are Canada Post Community Mailboxes, hiring consultants to oppose the proposed Pier 15 Energy-from-Waste plant, and officially passing the Bills to amend the traffic bylaw to end the bus-only lane downtown.
