UPI Payments Above ₹2,000 to Attract Charges from October 15: NPCI

#ଏଣିକି_UPI_ନେବ_ଫି ଆଉ ମାଗଣା ନୁହେଁ UPI ପେମେଣ୍ଟ। ଏଣିକି UPI ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ୨ ହଜାର ଟପିଲେ ଲାଗିବ ଫି। ୨ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ UPI ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ପାଇଁ ଦେୟ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛି NPCI। ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ରିହାତି ହାର- MDR ୦.୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିରୁ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ UPI ଟ୍ରାଞ୍ଜାକସନ୍ ପାଇଁ ୦.୪% ଫି' ପଡ଼ିବ। ଏହି ଶୁଳ୍କ, ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ବା ସଂସ୍ଥାକୁ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ଦେବେ। ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରୁ କୌଣସି ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଟଙ୍କା କଟିବ ନାହିଁ। ସେହିପରି ୭୫ ହଜାର ବା ତାଠୁ ଅଧିକ ଟ୍ରାଞ୍ଜାକସନ୍ ପାଇଁ MDR ୩୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଟପିବନି। ରେଲୱେ, ଟେଲିକମ୍, ବୀମା, ଇନ୍ଧନ ପାଇଁ ୨ ହଜାର ଟପିଲେ ଫ୍ଲାଟ୍ ୫ ଟଙ୍କା ଫି ରହିବା ନେଇ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛି। ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଗ୍ରାହକ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କୁ ୨,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା କିମ୍ବା ତା'ଠାରୁ କମ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ କୌଣସି MDR ଲାଗିବ ନାହିଁ। ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଛୋଟ ଦୋକାନୀ, ତେଜରାତି ବେପାରୀ ଏବଂ ସାଧାରଣ ଗ୍ରାହକ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। ଆପଣ ଯଦି ନିଜ ସାଙ୍ଗ କିମ୍ବା ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ UPI ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଟଙ୍କା ପଠାଉଛନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ପରିମାଣ ଯେତେ ହେଲେ ବି ତାହା ପୂର୍ବପରି ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମାଗଣା ରହିବ। ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିରୁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଟ୍ରାଞ୍ଜାକସନ୍ ପାଇଁ ପୂର୍ବ ଭଳି କୌଣସି ଦେୟ ପଡ଼ିବନି। ଆସନ୍ତା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧୫ ତାରିଖରୁ ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଲାଗୁ ନେଇ ନାସନାଲ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ କର୍ପୋରେସନ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। #UPI #NPCI #UPICharges #UPIPayments #MDR #DigitalPayments #P2MPayments #P2PTransactions #October15 #DigitalIndia #IndiaNews #OdishaTV #OTV UPI payments above ₹2,000 will attract charges from October 15, as per the new rules announced by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). A Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) of 0.4% will apply to person-to-merchant UPI transactions, with the MDR capped at ₹300 for transactions of ₹75,000 or more. For railway, telecom, insurance and fuel payments above ₹2,000, a flat ₹5 fee will apply. However, customers will not be charged directly, and UPI payments of up to ₹2,000 will remain free. Person-to-person UPI transactions, including money sent to friends and family, will also continue to remain completely free.
