Welcome to my channel Bake N Roll. #howtomakechocolatecookies #bestchocolatecookies #easycookiesrecipe Ingredients: unsalted butter 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (200 grams) soft but still cold dark brown sugar 1 cup (190 grams) packed granulated white sugar 1 cup (200 grams) egg 2 large (105 grams) vanilla 1 1/2 tbsp (15 grams) all purpose flour 3 1/4 cup ( 400 grams) baking soda 1 tsp full (4 grams) salt 1/2 tbsp (8 grams) Chocolate chopped 1 cup ( 200 grams) I used milk and dark chocolate. You may also add any type of nuts. Baking time: 18 to 20 minutes @ 160°c depending on your oven. Note: Do not overbake the cookie to avoid hardenning. bake just untill the edge becomes lightly brown. center should be still soft.
