RECIPE: 1. TABA ng BABOY 2. Bago-ong alamang 3. Sitaw 4. Ahos 5. Sibuyas 6. Kamates 7. Bell pepper 8. Salt, soy sauce and seasoning to taste Procedure 1. wash well the SITAW and pork meat and slice it according to your sizes 2. put a little little salt on the meat 3. slice the garlic onion tomato and bell pepper 4. Saute the pork meat until golden brown 5. Add the seasoning ingredients mix well until the aroma extracted. 6. Add the SITAW mix well then pour soy sauce and seasoning to taste 7. Add 1 glass of water.let it simmer or cook the SITAW 8. add the alamang to taste and simmer for a while then this is it ready to serve.
