Opening and Closing to "Muppet Treasure Island" 1999 VHS (Columbia TriStar)

This is fake; suggested by Jonathan Carrillo. A follow-up to that "Muppet Christmas Carol" video I did a few years ago, under the presumption that the Henson company retained the video rights to the Disney-released Muppet movies from the '90s (they didn't; I believe now that Disney had an ownership stake in both movies, despite the films not bearing Disney copyrights).
