Bishop Dag Heward-Mills warns young men about the deceptive dangers they face in relationships. Reading Ecclesiastes 7:26, he teaches that the woman whose heart is snares and whose hands are as bands is a trap from which only those who please God can escape, while the sinner shall be taken by her. He vividly illustrates how the simple words 'I love you' or 'I do' become binding traps from which there is no easy release, comparing the woman to a wild animal that ensnares its prey. He humorously warns that even Christian born-again sisters are not exempt, joking that instead of telling a girl 'I miss you,' a young man should send her a scripture like Exodus 25 or Psalm 91. He charges every young man to see every girl as a possible snare and to guard himself through prayer and the wisdom of God.
