Whatsup guys. Its Loi Krathong here in Hua Hin, Thailand. The festival of light and water is an important event fot the Thai people. Loy Krathongs beautyful rituals are held on the full moon of the twelfth lunar month. People make small, decorated boats called krathongs from banana leaves and flowers, light them with candles and incense, and float them on rivers and lakes. It's a way to pay respects to the Goddess of Water and ask for forgiveness for any pollution caused. What an irony that the bananaleaf boats are now made from plastic and being released into the water. Can you see Gretas angry face infront of your inner eye? I can...
