Terra, Herald of Hope Commander Deck Tech - The One Dollar Reanimator

Terra, Herald of Hope mills two cards at the beginning of combat, gains flying, and then reanimates a creature with power 3 or less the moment she connects - so a card you mill this turn is already a legal target this turn. That power restriction looks like a tax until you realise Mardu's best reanimators are all small bodies, which means Terra doesn't bring back your fatties, she brings back the creatures that bring back your fatties. This deck tech covers the graveyard-filling package, the average 99 (curve, type split, opening-hand odds), a turn-by-turn game plan, the four-card infinite combat loop with Aurelia and Ashnod's Altar, and where the money actually goes. Four of the five highest-synergy cards in the deck cost $2.75 combined, while the average list on EDHREC runs about $158.
