Only about two and a half minutes, including TCW and ROTS, until recently of course. Even then, the new appearances in Rogue One, Bad Batch and the Mandalorian are technically different variants but, eh, close enough. I'm glad it got a spotlight episode in the Bad Batch, but it was definitely underused in my opinion. TCW only seemed to use AT-TEs and AT-RTs as the bulk of the Republic's ground forces, which is a real shame due to the diversity of vehicles that exist in the films.
