Lure Painting - How To Paint A Powerful Glow In The Dark Lure

I finally got around to trying to paint a glow in the dark lure using glow in the dark powder. I tried adding the powder to acrylic medium and airbrushing it and when this failed I resorted to hand painting the mixture onto the lure. I'll chalk this up as a sort of failure and try a different technique next time to get the glow in the dark implemented. I can see using these lures mainly for bass, possibly catfish and perch.
