Sunint built A Consumer Pre-Purchase Warning Tool, an AI-powered app that looks through product reviews and identifies complaints that keep coming up. Instead of reading hundreds of reviews and hoping you catch the important details, shoppers can get a clearer picture of the issues other buyers have experienced. What I find interesting about this project is the shift in perspective. Rather than asking how AI could make shopping faster, Sunint explored how it could help people make better decisions.
