All I learned in 30 years on this Earth - I chose myself and moved from Germany to Northern Sweden

In a few days I am turning 30, living in the Swedish countryside, living my dream. And when people ask me how I feel about it - they always expect some version of panic or grief. But my answer surprises them every single time. This video is my most personal one yet. A heartfelt reflection on 30 years of finding myself, losing myself and finally arriving somewhere real. Life in Northern Sweden has changed me in ways I never could have predicted, and moving from Germany to Sweden at 27 was the most important decision I have ever made. In this video I share the three most important lessons life has taught me so far. This is about people pleasing, about money and about love. Not romantic or narcissistic love, but the kind of love that begins with yourself and quietly changes everything around you when you let it. I share why I gave up a Bachelor's degree, a successful company Berlin ran by myself and everything familiar to start completely over in the Swedish countryside. Why life in Northern Sweden has healed my nervous system, my relationships and my sense of self. And why moving from Germany to Sweden - as terrifying as it was - led me to the most honest version of myself I have ever known. This is not a highlight reel.
