A Dope Excuse

The plaintiff says he gave the defendant marijuana-growing tents on consignment. He claims the defendant sold the tents but never paid him, saying the money was stolen during a break-in. The plaintiff insists that is not his problem and is suing for the money owed. The defendant says someone threw a rock through his shop window and stole the money he had set aside for the plaintiff.
