But in this tournament Ben Jagt was also moved over, and in this game I think it was to contend with Mooncatchers' size - they're all so tall. He had a solid game, except for inexplicably trying to put his NY Empire teammate Daan De Marree in the hospital before Championship Weekend. Declan Miller has quickly cemented himself as one of the most important PoNY O-line players. There's a bizarre moment between Declan and Alexander Spahlholz where Spahlholz resorts to intentionally tripping Declan, which shows how unstoppable the Carleton grad was this game. John Randolph put in a shift, and as the game went on he increasingly grew into the game offensively and did as good a job locking up Daan as anyone else these last few years. He will get shouts for POTY. Be on the lookout for Louis Betrancourt, also playing for DC Truck Stop, this club season. He may fly under the radar compared to the other big Belgian names, but he's a defensive ace and his well-spirited play was a nice change of pace in this chippy game.
