Old School Magic 93/94 - Mono Blue Leviathan City Deck Tech - The Dark Tournament

Having cards exclusively from The Dark (except for basic lands, of course) means that there is no power, no duals, no counter magic and almost no removal or board wipes. To me this was the closest I could ever get to the naive days of Kitchen Table Magic where decks were not optimized and everybody got to have fun. I decided to go for a mono-blue deck because there are some nice combos and synergies (Merfolk Assassin + War Barge, Apprentice Wizard for Turn 4 Amnesia) and, most importantly, the king of 93/94 in terms of total power/toughness - Leviathan!
