Slow living in my cosy home in March, sewing my first-ever cottage curtains and baking lemon muffins from scratch. I'm taking you to a beautiful Dorset countryside church whose name has been forgotten and we're also paying a visit back to Barrington Court to admire their early Spring flowers. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt, oil and lemon juice until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Bake for 5 minutes at gas mark 7 (425°F /220°C), then reduce to gas mark 5 (375°F / 190°C) and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
