Van life in Italy and failing at ‘il dolce far niente’

I tried the Italian dream: “La dolce far niente.” This is what happened…. Follow along on my Van life journey along the Italian Alps trying to slow down and really enjoy slow living Do you think “Eat. Pray. Love.” is just a fantasy? I’ve been to India. Meditating for 10 days straight in complete silence. I fell in love with the love of my life and traveled the world. What I haven’t done is eating my way through Italy. Truly enjoying food and devouring pizza.
