The NEW Toya Todoroki Tuning Is SURPRISINGLY BROKEN In My Hero Ultra Rumble

Toya Todoroki is the new character added in Season 19, the 3rd anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble. With him also came the new Special Tuning Skill, Death Flame. This tuning increases your DOWN HP, gives you 2.5x movement speed while DOWN, and restores your HP to full when you're revived after the countdown. Today, I decided to test it out by combining it with Red Dabi's Special Tuning Skill, Speedy Self-Revive, which shortens the time needed to recover from a DOWN state. By combining these two tunings, I can get back into the fight faster while making it harder for opponents to finish me off. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with Red Dabi and this INSANE tuning synergy! 🔥💀 #myheroultrarumble #mhur #ultrarumble #mha #myheroacademia my hero ultra rumble / my hero ultra rumble toya todoroki tuning / mhur toya todoroki tuning / the new tuning gameplay / the new toya todoroki tuning gameplay / death flame tuning / death flame mhur / speedy self revive tuning / red dabi tuning build / toya todoroki death flame / death flame and speedy self revive / my hero ultra rumble new tuning / my hero ultra rumble season 19 / my hero ultra rumble 3rd anniversary / tech all for one gameplay / my hero ultra rumble tuning build / mhur tuning build / how to use death flame in my hero ultra rumble
