2026 Lake County Fair (Painesville, OH)

3 fairs in 3 days was my goal, and despite not feeling well, that mission was accomplished with a trip to the incredibly awful Lake County Fair in Painesville, Ohio. Kissel Amusements provided the midway once again with their budget ride lineup including Rock-O-Plane, Musik Express, MindWinder swings, and the Painesville debuts of the Expo Wheel and Round Up Your Skittles. I added a walk down the food and games midway to help pad out the length since this would have been like a 90 second video otherwise. I filmed this with the Insta360 Go Ultra again. I managed to tone down the saturation a bit, but I’m still having trouble getting used to framing with the separate screen. But since this is a crappy fair, some crappy footage just helps lend to the overall vibe. Next week is the Medina County Fair for my first look at Bates Brothers in 2026.
