DKC2 King Zing Skip route comparison

Testing Donkey Kong Country 2 King Zing Sting boss skip using Gangplank bonus vs staying in world 4 doing Rickety Race bonus. It seems about 25 frames faster doing 1-3, but getting the DK barrel later will lose 30, so really it's too close to call. But a category like barralax or something you keep both Kongs, Rickety Race should for sure be faster, since the DK barrel in Rickety is a bit out of the way, by ~4 seconds.
