Kya tumne kabhi notice kiya hai ki tum self-improvement ke videos dekhte ho, productivity ke tips save karte ho, discipline ke baare mein seekhte ho… phir bhi real life mein focus aur consistency improve nahi hoti?
Main bhi isi trap mein tha.
Mujhe lagta tha ki main apne aap ko improve kar raha hoon, lekin actually main bas aur zyada information consume kar raha tha.
YouTube videos → Instagram reels → productivity tips → psychology → motivation → another video…
Information badhti ja rahi thi, lekin action nahi.
Is video mein main explain karta hoon ki Information Overload / Cognitive Overload kaise tumhare focus ko disturb kar sakta hai, aur kyun kabhi-kabhi aur information lene ke bajay us information ko apply karna zyada important hota hai.
Is video mein hum baat karenge:
• Why you can't focus even when you want to
• Padhne ke baad kuch time mein cheezein yaad kyun nahi rehti
• Information overload aur cognitive overload kya hota hai
• Phone aur endless short-form content ka attention par effect
• “Learning” aur actual “doing” ke beech ka difference
• Self-improvement content ka consumption trap
• Cycle analogy — why practice can teach you more than endless tutorials
• Information Fasting kya hai
• Social media consumption ko kaise reduce karein
• Sirf important information consume karke actual practice par focus kaise karein
Ek simple rule jo main khud test kar raha hoon:
Less consumption. More action.
Maine kuch din social media se distance lekar apne main goals — content creation, studies aur exercise — par focus karne ki koshish ki.
Ye koi magic productivity hack nahi hai. Point simple hai: har cheez seekhne ki zarurat nahi hoti. Kuch cheezein karni padti hain.
Agar tum bhi self-improvement ke naam par bahut saari videos consume karte ho, lekin action lene mein struggle karte ho, toh shayad ye video tumhare liye hai.
Agar tumhe practical, realistic aur no-fake-motivation self-improvement content pasand hai, channel ko subscribe kar sakte ho.
Stay strong. Stay healthy. Keep improving.
