This was a national song of Sikkim sung in Nepali language during the monarchy system which was later banned, after Sikkim got merged with India and later re-released with the change of two words on the 8th para where it says "Janmah bhumi" that had an original word "Rajah and Rani". This song was dedicated to the King and Queen of Sikkim. The lyrics of the song was penned by Sanu Lama and the music composed by Dushyant Lama.
