Electromagnetic Emission Measurements of ICs - TEM Cell and IC Stripline

IC level tests to characterize electromagnetic emissions are presented in this video. TEM cell, GTEM cell and IC stripline method according to the IEC 61967 standard are explained. These measurement techniques are similar in design and operation. In the lab, a simple measurement with the TEM cell is demonstrated.
