Traditional Omani Khubz/Kuboos

We stopped for breakfast at this highway cafe on our way to Muscat, Oman from Sharjah (Dubai). This was introduced to us as traditional omani khubz/kuboos, which is pretty similar to egg dosa (South Indian breakfast) with mayonnaise being the only addition. Nevertheless, we relished it.
