A wholesome & profound 1 on 1 guided beyond-the-mind inquiry session with Pierre exploring the sense of “me” and what remains when we look beyond thoughts, beliefs and concepts. Pierre’s main concern was the persistent feeling of being a separate “me”. Through simple, direct questions, we explored the nature of this sense of self in real time, noticing thought patterns and the resistance they can generate. As the inquiry unfolded, there were some particularly wholesome and relaxing moments, including an apparent release of tension in the body. Towards the second half of the session, Pierre experienced a noticeable shift in his sense of self, with the “me” he had been looking for becoming increasingly difficult to find.
