This Cerebellum-themed Pilates class focuses on co-ordination, balance, motor control and extensor tone which is what the cerebellum in the brain controls. NeuroPilates is a teacher training programme that integrates neurological exercises and principles to the traditional Pilates movements with the aim of improving and understanding brain health.
