Art Deco Design #578 - Sims 4 Speed Build #23

Today's speed build is inspired by a design by L. F. Garlinghouse Company in Topeka, Kansas. I found on this on Pinterest like my other builds. This is a very large build, and I think I made everything bigger than it really needed to be, but in order to fit things they way they should, I had to make it big. I decorated the two bedrooms on the second floor for a teenage boy and girl (using heavy influences and items from the Y2K creator pack. "A beautiful two-story modernistic design that may be built of concreate, brick, or blocks. Six light and well-ventilated rooms, bath, half bath, closets, and large entrance hall are shown."
