Rain Changed Our Plans! | Exploring Michigan Campgrounds – Part 1

Welcome to Part 1 of our rainy-day campground exploration! During our July/August Camping Brothers adventure, Mother Nature had other plans for us. With rain coming down around the Au Sable River, we decided to change things up and spend the day exploring several campgrounds throughout the Mio and Oscoda County area. Instead of letting the weather ruin the day, we hit the road to see what these campgrounds had to offer. We check out the campsites, surroundings and overall atmosphere while looking for places that might be worth returning to on a future Camping Brothers adventure. There was so much to explore that we decided to split this rainy-day adventure into two parts!
