Sketchbook Tour - My abstract sketchbook is for creative play and exploration

Tour of this mixed media abstract sketchbook. This is my second abstract sketchbook tour. I use all the materials - paint, crayons, markers, collage. I have really gotten into this type of sketchbook because of its freedom. I also love how low-pressure it is, I can spend 5 minutes on a spread or an hour. For me, this is the most meditative type of art practice. I can release my emotions, and mental clutter in these pages. Are you keeping a sketchbook like this ? Thanks for watching - some of these spreads have ended up as process videos, I will also link my large abstract sketchbook tour. best, Sonia Previous abstract sketchbook tour :    • Abstract Sketchbook Tour- How I use this l...   my Patreon membership :   / soniabrittain
