Hello Guys! In this video lecture/demonstration I am going to demonstrate the complete process of a concrete batching plant, it's operation and the quality controlling of concrete . Concrete plant, also known as a batch plant or batching plant or a concrete batching plant, is equipment that combines various ingredients to form concrete as per mix design and required strength. Some of these inputs include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregate (rocks, gravel, etc.), fly ash, silica fume, slag, and cement. I am going to show how a batching plant works and control by operater from control room by manual as well as by computer 🖥️. In addition to this I am explaining the role of Material Engineer, Quality Control Engineer or a Lab Technician's responsibility during concrete pouring on site especially via Concrete Batching Plant.
