San Arora runs Onyx Realtors in Adelaide. He started it on the 9th of March 2019, in a corrugated iron garage at the end of a driveway, with a $45 Kmart heater under his chair so his feet wouldn't freeze on the concrete. COVID arrived the year after. Before Adelaide he was selling at the top end of the Delhi market, leasing to embassies, expats and government officials. One property he rented out went for $18,000 a month. He left it anyway, moved here in 2014, did a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at UniSA, worked for councils, then went back to real estate in 2016 with LJ Hooker, Harcourts and Ray White before starting his own thing.
