Now, with harvest approaching, fallen and damaged fruit have become a serious concern at Kanda Citrus Farm. We compare trees that have been thinned with those left untouched, show damage described in the video as caused by stink bugs, snails and citrus rust mites, and explain why fruit left on the ground can make harvesting harder. We also share our concerns about this season’s flavor and prices, and our effort to finish thinning while keeping up with our potted-plant business.
