TRAVELING TO THE MOON by ERICK BANDEIRA

Song "Traveling To The Moon" by Erick Bandeira - year 2026 The poem expresses a profound desire for escapism and a search for peace, using the Moon as an ideal refuge far removed from the world's ills—such as war, corruption, and the madness of humanity. Beyond the visual allure of space (the brilliant stars, the black sky, and the panoramic view of Earth), the journey takes on new meaning in the final section: it shifts from solitary isolation to a romantic invitation, as the speaker wishes to share this experience of peace and love with his beloved. Lyrics (by Erick Bandeira): I wanna travel to the moon It seems like a good place to be A place of peace and tranquility Without wars and conflicts Without insane humanity And corrupt politicians I wanna travel to the moon To see the sun and the stars Shining with greater clarity Without the atmosphere and gases That make them appear dimmer I wanna go to the moon To see its invisible gardens And be at peace with myself I wanna travel to the moon To see the black, cloudless sky Even during the day To float in its world Without the gravity that pins me to the ground I wanna travel to the moon To hear the silence And feel the emptiness To see the glow of the surface Blinding my spirit I wanna go to the moon To see its invisible gardens And be at peace with myself I wanna travel to the moon To see planet Earth from afar Spinning in the darkness of space To see its continents and oceans And the lights of the cities Dear, I don't wanna travel to the moon alone I want you with me Dear, I don't wanna go to the moon alone I want you with me Let's wander across the moon And make love by the light of the Earth By the light of the Earth Come, my love Let's travel to the moon We'll be the astronauts of love Astronauts of love I wanna travel to the moon (To be with you) Produced by SUNO and Erick Bandeira All Rights Reserved Also you can follow me here:   / erickbandeirapage
