some of the work that was required deep acid descale Boiler re soldered as it had leaks from end cap and inserts Axil spacers missing so made new ones clutch gear straightened fire box straightened piston and cylinder assembly replacement main bearings were oval swaged inwards temporary fix made new steam pipe all parts cleaned black parts sprayed with cooker paint including inside fire box green parts sprayed with gloss green caliper paint yellow parts sprayed with grey primer and rubbish yellow fiber washers replaced with orings fitted tyres things left for next video fit pressure guage fit better relief valve fit steering wheel maybe fit chuffer fit boiler bands fit mamod wheels with custom axil fit custom full radio control system
