Research consistently shows that men are less likely to seek mental health support, more likely to die by suicide, and often report feeling isolated or uncertain about their role in society. Those underlying issues are real, regardless of what one thinks about the manosphere’s answers. A lot of people ask: “Are these influencers good or bad?” A more useful question might be: “What needs are they fulfilling, and are there healthier ways to meet those needs?” Because even if some influencers disappear tomorrow, the demand that created them would still exist.
