Lynchburg Water Resources (LWR) and the University of Lynchburg would like to announce the College Lake Dam Removal (CLD Removal) project will begin in early January 2024. After many years of planning, the removal of the high-hazard dam is set to start now that the construction of the new bridge and roundabout have been completed.
