From Jerusalem to the Nations | Pastor Gbenga Komolafe | Origins of Christianity

Pastor Gbenga Komolafe brings week 4 of our series, Origins of Christianity: From Jerusalem to the Nations. What can we learn from the early Christians? In this message, Pastor Gbenga explores how the early church was empowered by the Holy Spirit, united in purpose, devoted to prayer, and used by God despite their imperfections. We are reminded that the same Holy Spirit who strengthened the early believers is still at work in us today. "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." — Acts 1:8 (KJV) Recorded Sunday, October 25, 2026 at The Lighthouse Church, Calgary.
