Purpose in Action: USJ’s Strategic Plan and the Leaders We’re Growing

Welcome to Excellence Ed! Today, we’re joined by Jack Hall and Head of School Don Roe to talk about USJ’s Strategic Plan and why it matters for our students, our families, and our future. At the heart of this conversation is the purpose behind everything we do: helping young people become people of character who continue to learn, grow, and lead. We want our students to leave USJ prepared to contribute to their communities and make a positive difference in the lives of others. Our Strategic Plan helps guide that work, connecting the decisions we make today with the future we envision for our students. Join us as we explore how that vision shapes the USJ experience and keeps our mission at the center of our growth.
