How to Frame and Insulate an Existing Wall

In this video, I show you how I framed and insulated an existing wall using metal studs, insulation, and drywall. I build the metal framing in front of the existing wall, install the insulation between the studs, and cover the structure with drywall. This method is useful when renovating old walls and creating a straight new surface without rebuilding the original wall.
