MARATHON: A Destiny Player’s First Experience + EVERYTHING Coming Next

Marathon is here, and as someone who has spent a lot of time playing Destiny, I decided to jump into Bungie’s newest game and see what it was really like. This is my first Marathon video, and my first real experience with the game. Coming from Destiny, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Marathon. But after playing it, I found myself genuinely enjoying the game — especially the extraction gameplay, the tension of every run, and the feeling that every decision can make the difference between walking away with loot or losing everything. In this video, I’m talking about my experience getting into Marathon as a Destiny player, what I like about the game, where I think it still needs work, and the current state of the game. I’ll also go over the upcoming Marathon updates and content roadmap, including what Bungie has announced for the future of the game and what players can expect as Marathon continues to develop. We'll also talk about the conversation surrounding Marathon, the size of its player base, the concerns from the community, and how the game fits into Bungie’s larger history with Destiny. This isn't a hardcore Marathon veteran's review. It's the perspective of a Destiny player jumping into Marathon for the first time. And honestly… I really like it.
