Utilizing the Anvil Foundry 10.5 Gallon brewing system from @anvilbrewingequipment , they’re crafting a crisp, refreshing, and exotically flavored ale that's perfect for any beach day, a backyard BBQ, or any summer beer adventure.
Mash Ingredients: (11 lbs 4 oz)
7 lbs 8 oz Pale Malt (2-row Briess )
2 lbs 8 oz Flaked Corn (Maize)
1 lb 4 oz Vienna Malt
Hops:
0.75 oz Mosaic (Boil 60 min) – brings hints of mango and papaya
0.5 oz Citra (Boil 15 min) – known for its strong citrusy profile
0.5 oz Mosaic (Boil 5 min) – enhances the tropical aroma
1 oz El Dorado (Dry Hop for 5 days after primary fermentation) – adds a vibrant, fruity complexity
