Ride along on my BMW GS 1250 Adventure as the second stage of our 3-day Pyrenees motorcycle adventure begins in Andorra and takes us deeper into the mountains.🏍️ Leaving Andorra behind, we climb toward Pas de la Casa, where the road opens into astonishing mountain views before disappearing into quiet back roads. From there, the journey continues through Arcs, following increasingly remote roads and forests until we reach Coll de Portèth. This is the kind of riding I came looking for — no straight lines, no hurry, and no need to know exactly what lies around the next bend. Just the rhythm of the bike, the melodies of the mountains, and roads that seem to disappear into the landscape. The higher we climb, the further the familiar world falls away. Forests give way to open mountainsides, distant peaks appear between the clouds, and every turn seems to reveal another reason to keep riding. This stage is about adventure motorcycling in the Pyrenees, exploring the back roads of Andorra and the French Pyrenees, and discovering the places that are easy to miss when you follow the obvious route.
