BLEA Class 943 Graduation | All In, All Out

Basic Law Enforcement Academy Class 943 graduates from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission on Oct. 6, 2026, after months of training, teamwork and preparation. For Class President Patrick Mazzulli of the Tumwater Police Department and Class Vice President Brianna Phillips of the Seattle Police Department, the academy became about more than completing the curriculum. Classmates who began as strangers learned to work together, support one another and prepare for the responsibilities that come with serving communities across Washington. Their class motto, “All in, all out,” came to represent how they approached training: give everything to the work, support the people beside you and carry those lessons forward into their careers. In this video, hear from Mazzulli and Phillips about BLEA Class 943, what they learned from their classmates, the support of their families and what graduation means as they move into the next stage of their law enforcement careers.
