GTA 3 | Peds Riot #25 | Upstate Liberty: Central Gostburg & Summerton (PC)

In this episode, we explore the Central Gostburg and Summerton areas of the Upstate Liberty map mod, where peds have a riot with weapons. The peds and vehicles are randomized for this one using the Rainbomizer mod. Also, with the latest silent patch version, peds can finally use sniper rifles and rocket launchers properly! God Mode mod is enabled, so Claude doesn't get harmed. Peds riot cheat is enabled to allow the peds to fight each other. Peds with weapons cheat is enabled to give peds weapons. I also changed the pedestrian stats so that nobody fears Claude, and so that they may also act differently to what they normally would for more interesting results...
