THIS & THAT! | Seek THIS First & God Will Add THAT | Apostle Terry T. Johnson

THIS & THAT! Foundation Scripture: Matthew 6:33 KJV “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” JESUS SPOKE ABOUT THIS & THAT! There is a divine order to THIS & THAT. Jesus said, “Seek ye FIRST the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness” — THIS is our responsibility. Then He said, “and all THESE THINGS shall be added unto you” — THAT is God’s responsibility. THIS comes before THAT! THIS is seeking. THAT is receiving. THIS is obedience. THAT is addition. THIS is putting God first. THAT is God taking care of what concerns you. THIS is the Kingdom. THAT is the things. Sometimes we become so focused on THAT — the blessing, the opportunity, the money, the promotion, the business, the relationship, the open door, the success — that we neglect THIS: GOD AND HIS KINGDOM FIRST! Jesus teaches us that when we get THIS in the proper place, we don’t have to spend our lives chasing THAT. SEEK THIS — AND GOD WILL ADD THAT! Don’t become so consumed with what you’re asking God to ADD that you neglect what He told you to SEEK. THIS & THAT!
