We are back in South Africa! We took a small break to find our feet, but we are back and enjoying the warm weather and plenty of sunshine! We visited a small tourist town called "Parys" which is the Afrikaans translation for "Paris". Parys was founded in 1873 and most likely named by a German surveyor named Schilbach, who had fought in the siege of Paris in 1870. Parys officially became a town in 1887. Today, the town boasts with many restaurants, shops and other adventurous things to do.
