But the Election Commission has rejected the claim as misleading, saying the Bihar SIR order was unanimously approved by the Commission and that its declaration attached to Form 6 for SIR had been upheld by the Supreme Court. At the same time, the Supreme Court has clarified that it did not approve any modification to Form 6 and has said it wants to examine the records to determine who modified it.
